He is survived by: his son Blaise Jacques of Worcester; his mother Lorraine Dube (Lavoie); his stepfather Paul Dube of Bluffton, SC; his sisters, Tracy Gamble (Jesse) of Boylston, Lisa Jacques (Vanessa Johnson) of Boylston and Lorry D'Ascanio (Ralph) of Auburn; and his extended family, Eric Dube and Marc Dube. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A private celebration of his life will be held and memorial contributions in memory of Steven may be made to Abby's House 52 High Street Worcester, MA 01609.
