He is survived by: his wife Belinda Davis-Neeland; his children, Matthew, Sean and Cierra Neeland; his mother Barbara Isaac; and his siblings, Raymond Neeland, Laura Pearle, Denise Neeland and Elizabeth Neeland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
