He is survived by: his children, Bartlomiej Czubaj (Ewelina) of Leicester, MA, Justyna Krynski (Kamil) of North Granby, CT and Monika Walczyk (Thomas) of Westborough, MA.; his grandchildren, Julian, Jozefina, Izabela, Natalia, Antoni and Gabriel; and his brother Jerzy Czubaj. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
