She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Grigaitis). She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth A. Foley (Robert) of East Harwich, Edward C. Smith (Linda) and James M. Smith (Carleen) of Jefferson; her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Smith of Holden; her uncle Harry Roy; her nieces and nephews, Kara, Leah Foley, John Koza, Eleanor Renaud, Timothy, Maggie Smith, Ashley Doherty, Shannon Smith, Christina Olson and Katie Smith; and her friend Mary Kate Doherty.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Building Fund at Saint Stephen's Church in care of Holy Family Parish, 20 Hamilton Street, Worcester, MA 01604 or to the Youth Program at Saint Bernard's Church, 236 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA 01605.
