He was predeceased by: his father James; and his brother-in-law William R. Hayes. He is survived by: his siblings, James P O'Connor, Jr. of Worcester, Nancy A. Poirier (James) of Rutland, Patricia M. Hayes of Auburn and Judith A. Lowe (Chris) of Orleans. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and one great nephew.
