He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Moniak and Krystyna Moniak (Milewska) of Worcester; and his siblings, Christopher Moniak (Justyna) of Holden, John Moniak (Christine) of Charlton, Matthew Moniak of Leicester and Kathleen Power (Paul) of Concord, NH.. He is also survived by his five nieces and nephews and many cousins.
