He is survived by: his sister Erin E. O'Neill of Worcester; his aunts, Wendy Berthiaume of Dover, NH, Brenda Brownell of Ware and Karen Andrews of Fort Meyers; his uncle Richard Berthiaume, Jr. of Millbury; and his cousins, Sarah, Erik, Benjamin, Brooke, Brian, Abby, Steven, Elizabeth and Hannah.
