He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duncan B. Gilroy and Florence O. Gilroy (Mercier); his wife Carol G. Gilroy (Armstrong); his sons, Scott Gilroy (Jennifer) of Rutland, Derek Gilroy of Worcester and Todd Gilroy (Sandy) of Sutton; his grandchildren, Daniele, Maddy, Michael, Brittney, Emma, Justin, Maddox, Tyler, Grace, Nathan, Billy, Timmy and Sean; his great grandchild Scarlett; and his pet Roxy. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
