He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia E. Keil; his sisters, Lorraine Nurge (Donald), Barbara Battistuta (Albert) and Beverly McLaughlin (Michael); and his parents, William G. Keil Sr. and Lillian Haas Keil.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Schmidt of Orlando, FL, George Keil (Donna) of Orlando, FL, Leigh Ann Spring (Eric Spring) of Barre, MA and Allison Lowe (Joshua Lowe) of Holden. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
