He was predeceased by: his parents, Simeon Monroe Wade and Ruth Lorraine Wade; his brother Simeon M. Wade; and his parents-in-law, Gilbert S. Davis and Jean B. Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Erika Davis Wade of Worcester; his children, Alison Davis Wade (Matt Pullman) of Brooklyn, NY and Julian Davis Wade (Julia Ann Wade); his grandchild Jet Davis Wade of Worcester; his siblings, James David Wade (Nancy Pobanz) of Eugene, OR and Susan Ruth Wade of Dothan, AL; and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Davis (Mike Ziskind), Jet Thomas, Dominic and Claire M. Golding.
He requested any contributions in his honor be donated to the United Way of Worcester, Worcester Animal Rescue League, or The Nature Conservancy.
