With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alexander Darnell Jackson (Aberdeen, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025 at the age of 28. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louise Jackson, Juanita Allbrition and James Basetfield; his uncles, Algie Shaw, Norman Nolan and Arnell Jackson; and his aunt Valoria Jackson.
He is survived by: his parents, Wilber Jackson and Edna Jackson; his siblings, Domanic, Joshua Jackson, Letris Jackson, Jessica Hopper and Gabrielle Jackson; his grandmother Bertha Copeland; his godparents, Linda Smith Robinson and Larry Ruff; and his aunts and uncles, Cordell Jackson Sr., William Jackson Deandre Henderson (Donna) and Preston Allbritton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (200 Old Post Rd, Aberdeen, MD 21001). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
