He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Z Bailey and Sara Bailey Temple (Wilson); his siblings, Maxine Smith (Bailey), Donna Wildman (Bailey), Mary Ann Watson (Bailey), James Bailey, Ralph Temple, Samantha Rieckert (Temple) and Jim Temple; and his stepbrothers, Norman Temple and Earl Temple.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Bailey, Kip Bailey, Pamela Smith, Barbara Woodcock, Alberta Moxley and Debbie Keep; his stepson Kevin Tollenger; his siblings, Roger (Bobbie Jo) of Arizona, Robert Bailey (Dena) of Ohio and Jerry (Lynn) of Australia; and his stepbrother Harold Temple of Columbus. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
