He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Johnson Thurlow; his sister-in-law Frances Marie Thurlow; his nephews, Christopher Thurlow, Brad Thurlow and Jamie Thurlow; and his brothers-in-law, Bud Johnson and Randy Johnson (Pam Johnson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
