He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Louise Spencer and Harold Spencer; and his nieces and nephews, Missy Spencer Schaffer, Haley Schaffer, Gary Spencer, Harold Spencer, Sandy Spencer Kirkendall, Megan Bauguess, Brittany Matthews, Zineria Berry, Rhaje Berry and Maleeta Neeper.
