It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Young (Aberdeen, Maryland), born in Ferrum, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel and George; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Welsh and Bev Young. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Ann; his daughter Deanna (Gary); his grandchildren, Sophie and Benjamin; his siblings, Linda Schneider (Charlie), Shirley Baker (Terry), George and Tom (Carol); his friend Bob; and his close friends, Donna and Gary. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
