She was predeceased by: her husband John F. "Johnny" Carroll; and her parents, Ira C. Shepherd and Eloise K. Marlow. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Carroll (Malena) of Havre de Grace and Amy Carroll May (Scott) of Conowingo; her grandchildren, Stephen Carroll of Portland, Oregon and Sara Evans (Michael); her great grandchildren, Emily and Tyler of Elkton; her grandchildren, Joseph Carroll of Havre de Grace, Lydia May, Joshua May of Conowingo and Angelina Taylor (Robert, III); her great grandchildren, Robert, IV, Alexander of Browns Mills, NJ and Devon Waters of Chesapeake City; her sisters, Judith Tibbs (Bob) of Level and Susan McIlvaine (Jim) of West Chester, PA; and her sister-in-law Mary Carroll of Havre de Grace. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews.
