He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kite and Mareda Corene Pinley; his grandmother Dora Pinley; and his son Kenneth Kite, II. He is survived by: his wife Martha Kite; his children, Chuck Kite, Mel Kite and Mareda Kite; his grandchildren, Kenneth Kite, III, Mikaela Hairston, Nick Hairston and Zara Kite; his great grandchildren, Serenity Kite and Ellianna Kite; and his sister Janice Borders.
