It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keri Elizabeth Cargo of Aberdeen, Maryland, born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Noble, Dorothy Mentzer, Jack and Roberta Culp. She is survived by: her parents, Mark F. Mentzer and Jacqueline M. Mentzer (Culp) of Chincoteague, VA.; her husband Brian L. Cargo; her sons, Caleb G. Richardson of Aberdeen and Kenneth R. Cargo of Venice, FL; and her brother Christopher Mentzer (Renee) of Havre.
