It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim Michelle Boniface (Aberdeen, Maryland), born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John William Boniface Sr. and Joan Warfield Boniface; her siblings, Kevin Boniface (Chris), John William Boniface Jr. and Bonita Boniface; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle, Billy, Fritz, Sydney, Ben and Bethany.

“My sincerest condolences to the Boniface family and all of Kim’s closest friends. I’ve know Kim since my early days of training at Monmouth Park. She was a great horsewomen and had a unbelievable work ethic. I’m sure that came from her upbringing. Kim was both good at a horses side and on their back. She was very focused at her work. “We were so sorry to hear of Kim's passing. My daughter Jennifer and I visited Bonita Farm on May 11 for the Farm Tour event. The farm is beautiful and has so many wonderful thoroughbreds there. We enjoyed seeing the new foals with their mares. It was so serene and uplifting to walk around the grounds. It was a marvelous event and we are grateful that the Boniface family opened its doors to us. Our thoughts and prayers are with them now, in this sorrowful time.”
