She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan McCoy and Romaine McCoy (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Ersel Whitt Sr.; and her children, Denise "Mandy" Rowe (John), Deborah German, Jennifer Renshaw (Thomas) and Ersel "Whitey" Whitt, Jr. (Candace Trowell). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
