He was predeceased by: his parents, Cipriano Pestejo Galima and Flora Lardizabal Galima (Andaya). He is survived by: his wife Clarita Galima (Haduca); his son Michael Galima (Rachel Chun-Kennedy); his grandson Kai Galima; and his sisters, Mila Castro, Leticia Malubay and Erlinda Del Rosario.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Abingdon-McComas Family Funeral Homes (1317 Cokesbury Rd, Abingdon, MD 21009). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
