He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home (333 S Parke St, Aberdeen, MD 21001). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens (809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014).
