He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bryan Deel and Iva Maxine Deel (Murphy); and his son Richard. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa M. Clark; and his brothers, Charles B. Deel (Denise), Ronald L. Deel (Henrietta) and Jeffrey L. Deel (Amy). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Richard's love for animals, contributions may be made to the Harford County SPCA.
