He is survived by: his children, Robert Elliott, Jr., Larry Elliott, Gary Elliott and Pamela Raymond. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home (333 S Parke St, Aberdeen, MD 21001). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
