Roger leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Roger’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Roger will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Peery Taylor and Dorothy Baber Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Engle (George), Matthew Taylor (Amber) and William Taylor (Lisa); his grandchildren, Briyanna, Blaire, Carter, Evelyn, Ava and Henry; and his brothers, Jerry Taylor (Sylvia) and Jeff Taylor (Rosanne). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Christian Church - Aberdeen Campus (21 Aberdeen Shopping Plz, Aberdeen, MD 21001).
