He is survived by: his wife Mary Virginia Burlew; his children, Nicole Walker (Jeremy) and William Burlew (Drew); his granddaughter Josephine Walker; and his siblings, Derek Burlew, Kevin Burlew, Amy Guarino and Elizabeth Jimenez.
