He is survived by : his wife Mary Hays Inman; his children, William Loper, John Loper (Paige Kilian), Sarah Kilian (Jay) and Amanda Kilian Meehan (Michael); his grandchildren, Rudy, Casey, Jonah, Jesse, Jasper, Mazie, Frankie, Carly and Sawyer; and his sister Bernadine Stigberg (Carl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
