She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Wesley Cole and Nina Clifta Cole (Howard); her husband John Alexander Cooper; and her siblings, William Cole, Eugene Cole, Robert Cole, Charles Cole, Laura Bauerlein and Dorothy Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Martin Cooper (Laura), Victor Cooper and Douglas Cooper. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
