He was predeceased by: his parents, James Curtis Vaught and Sybil Marie Vaught; his wife Nellie Wayna Kitts Vaught; Sybil Marie Vaught. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Whitten (Chester) of Joppa, MD; his grandsons, Donald Neuer (Regina) and David Neuer (Theresa); his great grandchildren, Ariana, Roman and Nikolas; and his brother James Vaught (Marian) of Edgewood, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
