With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorthea Marlene Luttrell of Abingdon, Maryland, who passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Walter Travis; her husband John E. Luttrell Sr.; and her siblings, Leo Travis, Francis Travis, Dolores Thorson and Betty Fannon.
She is survived by: her mother Ester Travis (Buskey); her children, John E. Luttrell Jr. (Jody), Michael L. Luttrell (Eileen), Stephen T. Luttrell (Debbie) of Pensacola, Fla., Gregory N. Luttrell (Amy) of Parrish, Fla. and Mary Ann Pendergast (Mike); her sister Linda Berke of Sping Hill, Fla.; and her friend Nadine Reinhart. She is also survived by her mother, as well as, numerous neighbors and friends.
