She is survived by : her husband David Ziolkowski, Sr.; her children, Denice Theresa Ziolkowski and David John Ziolkowski, Jr. (Olivia); and her grandchildren, Heron David Ziolkowski and Egret Reed Ziolkowski. She is also survived by her 6 siblings.
