She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Joseph Mantz Sr.; her children, Thomas Mantz Jr. (Lisa Loftus) and Theresa Smith (Timothy); her grandchildren, Thomas Mantz III (Faith), Timothy Smith Jr., Victoria Mantz Bibb (J. T.) and Trista Smith; her great grandchildren, Mariella and Mia Bibb; and her siblings, John Phillips, Deborah Smith and Alice Mabire.
