He is survived by: his wife Carmen Elisa Aponte Vazquez; his children, Doralise Aponte Larkins, Glorinette Aponte, Kassandra Ali Aponte and William Aponte; his grandchildren, Javier Larkins, Yaxciel Perez Aponte and Sulmary Perez Mercado; and his sisters, Virgen M. Aponte (Domingo), Nancy Y. Aponte (Fernando) and Mary O. Aponte.
