She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Willis Chaplain and Ruth Julia Chaplain (Bachman); her siblings, Wilma Hardtke, Eleanor Ann Chaplain and Richard Chaplain; and her goddaughter Megan Hamid.
She is survived by: her children, Adam Freeland (Donna) and Jacqualin Daysh (Lee); her grandchildren, Jacob Freeland and Ava Freeland; her sister Frances Hamid (Michel); her niece Stacy Hamid; and her nephews, Karl, Michael, Joseph and Paul Hardtke.
