As Maria departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Maria. Though Maria may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Narciso Schittino; her children, Giuseppe Schittino (Barbara "Basia" Kijak) and Rosalia Fallin-Schittino; and her grandchildren, Danielle Lynn Falllin and David Edward Narciso Schittino. She was also cherished by numerous loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air (610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens (200 E Padonia Rd, Timonium, MD 21093).
