Hoffman (Rosemary) of Red Lion, PA; her children, Tammy Lynn (Stephen Kaminski) and Daniel Allan Oravec; her grandchildren, Anthony Kaminski (Amanda), Amanda (Joshua Newcomb) and Daniel Austin Oravec; and her great grandchild Jackson Anthony Kaminski.
