He is survived by: his wife Catherine Marie Mueller; his son Rudy Mueller (Karen); his grandchildren, Chloe, Ethan, Christy, Andrew, Gabriel, Molly, Tessa and Bree Mueller; and his brother Gregory Nuzzo-Mueller (Donna).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Vietnam Veterans of America.
