She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Paugh and Eloise Paugh (Johnson); her sister Ruby Christine Whitehair; and her nieces, Mikelyn Lang and Alyssa Paugh.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Paugh (Amy), Donald Paugh (Margaret) of Kingsland, GA, Elaine Harman (Mark), Dottie Small of Woodbridge, VA and Jean Kennan-Miller of Ontario, CA; and her siblings' children, Heather, Amelia, Jinny, Shannon, Daniel, Jacob, Calvin, Chuck and Stephen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Reformed Church (19 S 5th St, Oakland, MD 21550). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
