She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Woodrow and Virginia Helen Paul (Witt); her husband Donald Bowins; and her siblings, Jim, Roddy, Ray Paul and Kay Paul.
She is survived by : her children, Cindy J. Freeman (Tony), V. Kay Rolon (Luis) of Abingdon, MD, Deb Lynch (Joe) of San Antonio, TX and John M. England (Leslie) of Junior, WV; her sisters, Terri Paul of Bruceton Mills, WV and Gail Spiker (Jim) of Friendsville, MD; her grandchildren, Jeff Biggus (Jessica) of Frederick, MD, Angie Simmons (Neal) of Joppa, MD, Stephen Shriner of Charlottesville, VA, Dylan England (Wendy) of Philippi, WV, Philip Schmidt (Yasmen), Nicky Hardy (Tyler) of Adamstown, MD, Kenzie England (Brent) of Clarksburg, WV, Sara Scholl (Josh), James Freeman of Hagerstown, MD and Will Freeman of Portland, IN; and her close friend Shirley Smith (Frederick). She is also survived by many grandchildren in Indiana; numerous great-grandchildren.
