She is survived by: her children, Douglas R. Butler (Sheila) of Accident, Duane A. Butler (Lisa) of Accident, Randy S. Butler (Kim), Bonnie K. Sines of Accident and Connie S. Wagner (Ron) of Accident; and her grandchildren, Chad Sines, Timothy Sines, Tammy Burdock, Jeff Wagner, Brandi Conner, Ryan Butler, Brooke Cortes, Lyndsi Chaney, Kiersten Bradley, Derek Butler, Brent Butler, Bethany Butler, Brandon Butler, Cody Butler and Trevor Butler. She is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandsons.
