It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Ray Miller II of Accident, Maryland, born in Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Stephen Miller of Terra Alta, WV and Barbara Clary (Mike); his wife Heather; his daughters, Lauren and Aliyah of Reston, VA; his siblings-in-law, Espy and Cathy Hook of Friendsville, MD; his grandparents, Wilma Armstrong of Oakland and Howard Dillsworth of Oakland; and his brothers, Thomas Miller of Oakland and Anthony Clary of Oakland. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, step-brothers, a brother-in-law, nieces and nephews.
