With sadness, we share the passing of George Ray Jenkins of Adamstown, Maryland. George, born on January 11, 1938, passed away on August 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Jenkins Sr. and Sara Jenkins (Furman). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shultz; his daughters, Lisbeth J. O'Brien (Brian), Alison J. Arrowood (Roger), Lesley J. Leonard (James) and Sarah J. Leonard (Mark); his grandchildren, Katherine, Austin, Tyler, Emily, Dylan, Thomas, Bradley, Sean and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Jensen, Ellianna and Blake.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery (14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD 21530).
