He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Stowers; and his parents, Charles Wade and Edna Mae Stowers (Warfield). He is survived by: his son Thomas William Stowers, Jr. (Kathy); his stepson Jason Goldsborough (Ashley); his brother Charles Stowers (Sandy); his grandchildren, Wade Stowers (Analise) and Jane Goldsborough; and his great grandchild Clark Thomas Stowers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hilton Funeral Home (22111 Beallsville Rd, Barnesville, MD 20838). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the Monocacy Cemetery (19801 W Hunter Rd, Beallsville, MD 20839).
