He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bernard Baer Sr. and Ruth H. Baer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Ellen Baer; his children, Stephen Scott Baer and Carole Walker; and his stepson Ryan Millet. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
