It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna Lee Thompson of Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Raymond Brashears and Rose Walsh Brashears; her husband Sidney Thompson; her sister Nancy Brashears Wells; her great grandchild Quaid Hance-Irving; and her daughter Deborah Tayman Talbert.
She is survived by: her brother Benjamin R. Brashears, Jr. of LaPlata; her daughters, Wanda Tayman Morgan (Randy), Linda Tayman and Nancy Rollins (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Thomas Hance, Jr., Staci Alvey, Christen Morgan, Chas Norwood, Robert Rollins, III and Jennifer Horsmon. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
The family is asking that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to Emmanuel United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Chesapeake.
