She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Turner Sr. and Pearl Johnson Turner; her husband Eugene Herbert; her son Rondell Percy Herbert Sr.; her daughter-in-law Henrietta A. Herbert; and her siblings, Julius Turner, Catherine Turner Thompson, Allen Turner Jr., Dorothy Turner Williams, Alfreida Turner Brown, Isaac Turner, Gardner Turner, Learline Turner Brashears and Pearl Turner Culley.
She is survived by: her children, Kirson Herbert of Delaware, Peyton Herbert (Barbara) of Millersville and Queenie Hicks (George) of Severna Park; her grandchildren, Rondell P. Herbert Jr., Dana Herbert (Netesha), Terrell Herbert, Monica Herbert, Jerrell Herbert, Jeffrey Herbert (Yadira), Nicole Herbert, Candice Brown (Bobby), Sean Herbert, Corey Herbert and Chanel Mason (Derrick); and her sister Cecelia "Brimmy" Avery. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren.
