She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mandrin and Arloine Mandrin (Felker); her husband Joseph; and her niece Anne Billing (Mandrin). She is survived by: her son Chris Dougherty (Colleen) of Easton, CT; her brother Jim Mandrin (Katherine) of Annapolis, MD; her grandchildren, Bridget Dougherty (Adam Philipps), Joey Dougherty and Niamh Dougherty; and her nieces and nephews, James Mandrin, Christopher Mandrin (Ali), Caitlin Bassani-Mandrin (Courtney) and Kelsey Mandrin.
The family requests that memorial donations and donations in lieu of flowers be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122 (please note the name of the loved one on the memo line) or online at https://www.hospicechesapeake.org A Celebration of Anne's Life will be held at a date to be announced.
