She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kozloski and Edna Kozloski; and her brothers, Frank and Leonard Kozloski. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Palasik; her children, Trish Palasik of Alexandria, VA, Ray Palasik of Severna Park, MD and Kathleen Rasicot of Annapolis, MD; her sister Loretta Parker; and her grandchildren, Brittany Palasik, Eric Palasik, Rachel Rasicot and Theresa Rasicot.
