He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Spencer and Esther Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Spencer; his daughters, Laura Loomis (Ramon Matheu) and Nancy McNiff; his grandchildren, Andrew Loomis, David Loomis and Sarah Loomis; and his sister Karen Kiefer.
