It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolin Beatty Head (Annapolis, Maryland), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chaplain Charles D. Beatty and Caroline Riefle Beatty; and her husband Nelson M. Head, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Catherine, Charles and Angela of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Jake, Hannah, Drew Bellinger, Carlyle and Sheridan Head; her sisters, Ann Beatty Welch (Bill) of Tucson, AZ and Florence E. Beatty; her siblings-in-law, Thomas A. Head and Legaré Head; and her niece Caroline T. Knox of North Carolina. She is also survived by many cousins and devoted friends.
